Una carta viene selezionata dal mazzo, firmata e restituita. Viene dispersa nel mazzo e viene chiesto al volontario di visualizzare mentalmente la carta e spingerla nella tua testa. Ora si prende un paio di pinzette e si comincia ad estrarre la carta arrotolata dal naso. Semplice. Brillante. Originale e solo un po ' complicato. Sembra vera magia, perché è reale.
Phil Knoxville rivela i suoi metodi per ottenere questo effetto stravagante e scioccante, sia con un metodo insolito (presentazione preferita di Phil) sia con un metodo che utilizza solo abilità manuale, il tutto viene insegnato nel dettaglio nel DVD.
