Shirt Changing Colors

Magician steps onto the stage in a black shirt with all buttons 

in place, dressed up. Remove a black opaque scarf from his pocket, spread out to show the audience, turn to the other side by crossing his arms, meanwhile hold the collar of the shirt and lift the scarf, the miracle moment happens, the shirt turns into a white shirt just with two sleeves in back.

Please note: you provide the black scarf(90cm*90cm). Also you can substitute the scarf with parasol, flag, suits etc.
