ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed on average within 5 working days from the day following the arrival of the order. The guarantee and timing of delivery are a function of the guarantee offered by the courier used. In case of material partially out of stock (orders of multiple items), will be made known to the customer the average time required for the provision of the missing items (back order), subject to the normal delivery of the products available. The customer will be free to obtain a refund or wait for the new shipment of the items provisionally reported as missing. In this case the shipment is free of charge.


PRICES

The prices quoted in the SOLOMAGIA catalog, published in the pages of this site, will cancel all previous versions, including versions published on paper. The prices indicated are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified, and they not include shipping costs.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to physically return the goods within 14 days from receipt (right of withdrawal), provided that the products are in their original, unopened packaging, unused, and therefore resellable. Originally sealed items, such as decks of playing cards, are not eligible for return if opened. Explanations and instructions for magic tricks, even when sent without accompanying items (gimmicks), form an essential part of the added value of each product. Consequently, returns are not accepted once the buyer has gained access to the corresponding "secrets" of the tricks.

Return shipping costs for goods returned under the right of withdrawal are borne by the buyer, as required by current regulations. Defective products must be reported to Customer Service within 10 days of delivery; in such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by the seller.

Opened playing card decks, from which the seal or protective film has been removed, cannot be returned. Deck boxes that arrive damaged due to evident transport damage may be returned and replaced, provided the seal and cellophane are intact, proving the damage was caused during shipment and not by use. If the customer opens such damaged decks despite clear transport damage, they acknowledge acceptance of the goods as-is, regardless of the condition of the box or contents.

Gaffed or altered decks specially produced by magic manufacturers cannot be returned, as they are subject to particular wear and include instructional materials revealing magic secrets.

For obvious reasons, DVDs, books, and items containing video and/or written explanations are non-returnable, as they can be copied and contain secret instructional material. Exceptions are made only in cases of defective accompanying gimmicks.

Products involving downloadable content are non-refundable, since activation triggers an automatic payment to the respective producers, granting access to the buyer.

Items ordered on pre-sale or custom-made (including replacement components not available for immediate shipment) may only be refunded in case of defect, in accordance with the rules stated above.

Please note that for customers residing in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and the United Kingdom, international couriers cannot arrange pickups due to logistical and customs restrictions. Customers in these countries are therefore responsible for arranging and covering the cost of any returns directly.
