A really easy and visual effect! The spectator will be speechless!

Show a frame, constructed from a playing card.
Have the spectator choose any card, and ask the spectator to sign it. Then, have them put it back in the middle of the deck.
You are free to cut the deck as many times as you wish to reinforce the effect.
Now, place the frame on the face-up deck, on a random card, visible through the frame.
Remove a card from the face-up deck and pass it near the frame - incredibly, the signed card instantly appears right under the frame!
Remove the frame and give the signed card and the frame to the spectator.
