Effect:

A spectator chooses a card and loses it in the center of the deck. The deck is shuffled and inserted into the card box.

You shake the box gently and then remove the cards.  They have magically all mixed face up and face down. The cards are re inserted back into the box and with just one more shake you remove the deck of cards and spread them, they have all turned face down except for on card. The spectators selection! 
A hands off miracle that makes it seem like you could never have used any sleight of hand.
