Wave Stunner by Wild-Colombini Magic

You show a packet of blue-backed cards and place it on the table. The deck is shuffled and handed to the spectator who is asked to cut the deck and deal the cards until he arrives at the first Ace (counting as well a small packet of cards on the table). Let's say the first Ace he comes to is the AH. Without any funny moves, the packet of blue cards is spread, face up among three other face-down cards is an AH. The other blue-backed cards are snapped over and are seen to have blank faces. The spectator counts the cards previously placed on the table. There are eight cards in the pile. You turn over the AH from the prediction packet. It has a red back. Written on its back is the number "8".
